Feb 3rd Super Bowl Sunday! Come on up and spend the weekend- hit the slopes, go on a snow mobile or snow cat tour, shop, dine in (Deer Lodge has full kitchens in many or our rooms) or out. Sunday you can catch the game at The Lift House located by the sliver chair lift. If you don’t care for the ½ time show you enjoy a few turns on the slopes, Bull ‘O the Woods, and many other taverns and restaurants, or watch from your lodge room.
Feb 7th through the 12th Mardi Gras Mountains in the A week long celebration with parades, bead toss, balls and Cajun music, fun for the whole family – kids have their own ball at the Play House. Come once and you’ll want to make this an annual event.
February 14th is Valentines Day – maybe a good time to surprise a loved one or ones with a trip to Red River (Presidents day weekend for many is a 3 day weekend) New this year is the Red River Ski Area Snow Cat Tour and gourmet dinner – Ride the snow cat to the Tip and enjoy fine dining – reservations must be made 3 days in advance call 800-331-7669 for reservations. Feb 23rd Annual Just Desserts at the Enchanted Forest Cross Country Ski Area—Cross-country ski or snowshoe for your dessert. This is the day restaurant, bakery’s and confectioners show off their skills – you can burn off the extra calories as you glide or hike from dessert station to dessert station.
All Month long – live music, Torch light parade and fire works Saturday nights, tubing and plenty of sunshine and daylight to take a drive around the Enchanted Circle, restaurants and shops are open 7 days a week.
March Preview– Spring Break Week- for the majority of schools hits between March 9 –18,2013 Please call ahead for reservations if you would like to enjoy a slower pace the week ahead of spring break and after the peak week are a great time to come and enjoy our special town.
